You eliminate most vices that are ruining the world today – bias (based on almost anything – race, religion, gender, region), greed, envy …. In other words don’t be star stuck while looking at Amitabh Bachan and don’t feel superior to a commoner on the street because you perceive yourself as betting better!!!!Įverything is equal in this world – all people, all emotions, all events … if you learn this important lesson, everything becomes simpler. Learn not to be extreme in your emotions – don’t idolise a person while you treat another person like trash. The power to look at everything objectively, the power to separate your problems, troubles, happiness and sorrow from ‘you’ comes from within. We all know that death is inevitable – why then can we not treat death the same way that we treat life.
Why rejoice at happy events and mull over sad events. It is important to treat different situations in life the same – happiness and sorrow are after all two sides of a coin. It is important to treat people around you like they are your own kin. It is important to treat everyone equally irrespective of their region, religion, caste or creed.
To treat everyone and everything equally is a very important lesson in life.
